CRS Marketing Services (CRS) has been in business since 1995. Our offices are conveniently located in Rocky River, Ohio and easily accessible from Interstates 90/480 or via RTA. We offer a wide variety of inbound and outbound calls, including cold calls, upgrades to existing service, surveys and free product sampling.

Job Description
The telephone service representative (TSR) is hired to make outbound customer service or sales calls on a Predictive Dialer system in our call center. Prior customer service and/or telemarketing experience is required. The TSR must be able to handle a high volume of outbound calls.
The objective is to reach as many customers as possible during each shift and obtain our clients’ desired results depending on the type of call being made. The TSR must demonstrate excellent written, verbal and listening skills and a professional demeanor. The TSR must understand the importance of good customer service.
The TSR must be proficient in Window based computer skills, including typing/keyboarding.
The TSR position is part-time, and the TSR can be scheduled from 20-30 hours per week, depending on their request for hours.
The TSR has a choice of morning, evening and weekend shifts, which are 4-6 hours in duration. Some evening or weekend hours are required. Punctuality and good attendance is required.

This call is made to offer non-subscribers home delivery of the client’s Sunday Select product, which usually contains many of the coupons and advertisements found in the Sunday paper, without any of the editorial content. Delivery of the Sunday Select product is free and lasts until the customer calls to stop the delivery. Sunday Select products have become very profitable for newspapers.
